I was inspired by Layanee’s idea of offering personal garden walks by appointment and Kevin’s video of his garden tour in mid-March, as well as (a little) by Carol’s Gardenpiece Theater to create a tour of my Secret Garden.

Since I read The Secret Garden, by Frances Hodgson Burnett, I have been fascinated by secret gardens. Mary’s discovery of the key to the secret garden is my favorite part.

It’s not very secret, until the trees start to leaf out. But it still feels special and secluded. When I am there, I feel like I’m in another world.
